startinggate: Shackleford. He’s so cute even when he’s being a brat. Although I frequently say he’s no good much beyond 1 1/8 miles, he’s got a heart of gold and tries a billion times harder than any other three-year-old I’ve seen this year. Someone should start a Shack fan club.
